Unlike in Travis County where the fireworks ban this year is total, cities in Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties are allowed to have public fireworks shows. Subject to further action by local officials, here are the plans for various cities. Weather was not a factor in the case of some cities that are not having fireworks.
